Accessibility Statement
4EG Bookkeeping wants every small-business owner and nonprofit leader to be able to read this site, understand the services and reach Jenny, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Our commitment
4EG Bookkeeping LLC is a bookkeeping practice in Inola, Oklahoma, serving small businesses and nonprofits in the Tulsa area and across the United States. Clear, organized and detailed is the standard for the books, and it is the standard for this website too. Everyone should be able to find the phone number, read about the services and send a message, using a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or a phone.
Accessibility is treated as ongoing work, and this website is reviewed whenever its content or design changes.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements that help make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. This website is designed and built with the intent to conform to WCAG 2.2 at Level AA.
It has been reviewed by the people who built it, using automated checks and manual testing with a keyboard and at screen sizes from 320 pixels wide upward. It has not yet been audited by an independent third party, so it is described as intended to conform rather than fully conformant.
What has been done
- Text and interface colors meet at least 4.5:1 contrast for body text and 3:1 for large text, form fields and controls.
- A logical heading structure, page landmarks and a “Skip to main content” link on every page.
- Every link, button, question and form field works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline. The menu closes with the Escape key.
- The frequently asked questions announce whether they are open or closed.
- Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked in text, and errors are described in words next to the field they belong to.
- Links that open the booking calendar in a new tab say so to screen readers.
- Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Controls are sized for touch, and the layout reflows to a single column down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
- No audio or video plays on its own. Smooth scrolling, scroll-linked effects and entrance animations switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
Booking a consultation happens on Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Its accessibility is managed by Calendly, not by this website. If the calendar is hard to use, please call (918) 888-5428 or send a message with the form on the home page instead.
No other barriers are known to remain. If you run into one, please get in touch using the details below and you’ll get the information another way.
Feedback and contact
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please let Jenny know.
Compatibility
This site is built with standard HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript. It is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common screen readers, and its content stays readable if JavaScript is turned off.
